I usually ship orders out within 1 or 2 business days although during holidays or busy times I might need more time. It's best to allow 2-3 weeks for shipping.

I purchased the wedding bouquet photo charm with the ivory pearl for my niece, her father passed away a few years ago. I was very pleased with the quality of the photo they produced from the one I sent them. The item was ordered, produced & shipped within 3 days. It arrived on time in perfect condition.
